East Mile High Ranch is an approximately 23,500 acre ranch in Far West
Texas just north of IH 10 in Sierra Blanca. Sierra Blanca is about one hours
drive east of El Paso. The property is a large ranch typical to the area
fronting FM 1111.
The property lies at an altitude of approximately 4,500 feet above sea level
and is relativity flat with low growing scrub brush and patches of grass
throughout the ranch.
East Mile High Ranch has the benefit of a 6,000 +/- foot airstrip and small
hangar with room for two small aircraft and an interior conditioned office
with restroom. There is currently a nice cluster of quality mobile homes that
are owned and operated by the current tenant of the property.
