The property is located in the Clearwater Place Condominium Neighborhood (Section R) of the Winding River Plantation Planned Unit Development. Brunswick Co’s GIS shows the water and sewer are currently included in their inventory for active Brunswick Co water and sewer. All of the building pads (#5 thru #11) have sewer stubbed up and 2 water meters per pad.
