DESCRIPTION
This industrial waterfront development offers a substantial amount of well-filled land and frontage on Bayou Black. This waterway, maintained at a 22-foot depth, offers unrestricted access (no bridges, locks, or overhead powerlines) to the Gulf of Mexico.
