Directly across US 278, and adjacent to Walmart, a new Residential Subdivision by Artisan Built Communities located on 90 Acres and including approximately 286 new homes is under construction. Also, an additional residential development has just been approved within one half mile of this Site located on SR 113 which will add an approximately 150 additional new homes to the immediate area. Traffic counts on Hwy. 278 at the site are approximately 22,000 cars per day. Hwy. 278 is a four-lane divided highway from Rockmart to the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Travel time to the airport is approximately 40 minutes. State Route 113 is currently under the LAST 5-mile construction project (completion in 2027) to complete a four-lane divided highway from Rockmart directly to I-75 south of Cartersville GA at the Red Top Mountain Interchange adjacent to the new Lake Point Sporting Development.
