Chad McCleskey, Senior Vice President
Chad McCleskey serves as a Senior Vice President in the CBRE El Paso office, focusing primarily on industrial and public institution representation and advisory services. He has more than twenty years of real estate brokerage experience in the El Paso and Cd. Juarez marketplace.
His understanding of key trends impacting investment decisions on both sides of the border for multi-national, regional and local corporations has proven invaluable to his clients. His experience with, and knowledge of, capital and financial investments underwriting act as an additional support tool.
In addition to his industrial advisory work, Mr. McCleskey also serves as the El Paso office’s primary contact for call center, land, multi-family and municipal clients. Over the last five years Chad McCleskey has completed in excess of 100 transactions totally over 7.5MSF and 470 acres, making him one of the most active industrial brokers working in the region. Mr. McCleskey joined CBRE in 2010 as part of a transition wherein members of his previous team, Team NAFTA (a former CBRE affiliate office), became part of the CBRE brand. He started with Team NAFTA in 2002.
André Reuben Rocha, Senior Associate
André Reuben Rocha joined CBRE in 2017, focusing primarily on Industrial & Logistics occupier representation. Mr. Rocha leveraged his background in International Business to provide multinational corporations with advisory services for their real estate needs on the US / Mexico border in EL Paso, Texas and Cd. Juarez, Mexico.
Since joining CBRE André has expanded his client base to include institutional landlord representation of some of the most notable owners in the El Paso market. Mr. Rocha’s responsibilities include preparation and execution of client strategies that reflect their long and short-term real estate goals.
