The generally rectangular shaped Property is located at the southeast corner of Jonesboro Road and Metcalf Road, in Land Lot 177 of the 12th Land District, Forest Park, Clayton County, Georgia 30297. COAC acquired the eastern portion of Lot 177 from Mrs. Dee Daniel in 1956, and later acquired the western portion of the Lot from Mrs. Daniel in 1960. The Clayton County tax office lists the Property as 2.03 acres, however an appraisal conducted in December 2005 by an independent firm indicated the Property to be 2.216 acres. The Property is a vacant lot, and is bordered to the north by Metcalf Road, to the south by a Norfolk- Southern Railroad Line Right-of-Way, to the west by Jonesboro Road, and to the east by the Linde Group (successor to BOC Gases). BOC Gases entered into a lease agreement with Central of Georgia Railroad (currently Norfolk-Southern) on December 1, 1995 for the plot of land (23,923 square feet) on the eastern boundary of the COAC Property. A portion of the Property leased by BOC Gases was owned by COAC and mistakenly identified as Property of the Central of Georgia Railroad. Small structures were constructed by BOC Gases on the portion of the Property owned by COAC.
