The renovation will be carried out in two phases. The first phase will include 21 rooms: twelve superior rooms (one adapted for people with reduced mobility), seven double suites with private terraces, and two Deluxe rooms. The property will also feature a reception area with a lounge, a bar, a terrace, a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a large outdoor pool, and parking with capacity for all guests. Design and materials: The property was built in a Mediterranean style, incorporating traditional Spanish architectural elements and local materials. The restoration project will coherently combine modern and traditional elements, using primarily regional materials—tiles, marble, furniture, and decorative items. The exterior will be finished in white using the technique known as "tirolesa," with dark gray accents on the tops of the façades, which will also be reflected in the doors and windows.
