LAONPOLIS consists of two symmetrical structures positioned back-to-back. Each structure is divided into 8 units, each measuring 12 meters in width and 23 meters in length, except for the last unit on the eastern side, which is reduced to 20 meters to facilitate truck maneuvering. The project strikes a balance between density, optimal functionality, and integration into the surrounding landscape.

All vehicles access the site via an entrance located in the northwest corner, on James Watt Street.
Access is secured by a sliding gate. Traffic flows in a clockwise, one-way direction along a 6-meter-wide road surrounding the building, leading to the single exit, also on James Watt Street, in the southwest corner. This single roadway serves all units within the project and provides access to the necessary parking spaces. A separate pedestrian pathway guides users from the parking areas to the entrances of the units within the building.
The units, arranged along a north-south axis, are divided into three sections:
• The RECEPTION AREA consists of a 29 m² space located on the north or south façade of the project. It includes a reception area and a restroom (accessible for individuals with reduced mobility).
• The WAREHOUSE AREA, with a surface of 236 m² (or 204 m²), is accessible via the façade through a large sectional door designed to accommodate utility vehicles, facilitating logistical operations.
• The OFFICE AREA, located on the upper floor and accessible via a staircase from the warehouse zone, consists of a 59 m² space situated above the reception area. It offers expansive views of the surrounding landscape.
