Height 2 floors lower than roof according to article 77 of the PGOU, 7 meters above the roof overhang. Backlog of 2 meters on the façade, 3 on the side borders and 6 on the bottom.
Minimum façade size for new plots: 6 m. Minimum plot area, 90 m2 (formerly 120 m2).
The buildability assigned to it in the reparcellation project, 1,314.35 m2 and 6 houses, is assessed.
The new modification allows a slightly higher building capacity of 1.7. As long as an urban planning certificate is not provided to guarantee that more than m2 can be built, the area defined in the reparcellation is adopted, as well as the number of houses, which the new ordinance does not change.
