Richard Harman, Equity Partner - Head of Industrial Agency
DTRE was founded in 2010 and Richard joined soon after. With Mark Webster, he jointly runs the Industrial Leasing team. He is closely involved in all deals in this space, including the largest UK airport pre-let to date - a 210,000 sq ft Heathrow let to dnata. He also worked on the first deal to hit £6 per square foot in North-West England – to Amazon, at Omega, Warrington. Originally from Wetherby, Richard plays football and cricket, and in 2018 ran the London Marathon, raising £7k for charity.

Richard has specialised in the Industrial Distribution sector for over 12 years, primarily focussing on the south east of England.

Richard’s experience encompasses leasing and development advice of both multi-let estates and large scale distribution units such as the 380,000 sq ft Comet pre-let in Harlow and the 450,000 sq ft Carpet Right letting in Purfleet.

In 1997 he joined Hiller Parker, Industrial Agency and in 2000, he joined niche Industrial Agency, Development and Investment specialists, Holley Blake. Richard worked at CB Richard Ellis for four years and was primarily responsible for the west London market and dealt with clients such as Brixton, Canmoor and AIPUT.

Tom Fairlie, Partner
Tom has worked in the Industrial and Logistics market for over 10 years, having previously held positions with Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. He joined DTRE in 2016 and has helped to grow the Midlands leasing team, specialising in the disposal of prime distribution and manufacturing facilities on behalf of a wide range of clients. He has a particular interest in the acquisition and disposal of development land on behalf of his clients.

Tom has also helped a variety of clients, such as Sainsbury’s and Charles Kendall Freight, who were looking to acquire new warehouse facilities in the Midlands market.

Tom is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 2013.
Charles Rowton-Lee, Head of Commercial Agency-Agency
Charles has experience of providing a diverse range of advice to many high profile office and industrial/logistics schemes in the Thames Valley and midlands regions, both in town centres and out of town office/science parks, and industrial/logistics estates.

His expertise also includes capital markets in most commercial sectors throughout the south and midlands for clients acquiring and disposing of assets.

Charles' clients include major property companies, developers, Institutional and opportunity funds, private investors as well corporate occupiers.
Toby Green, National Head - Industrial
Toby sits in the national industrial agency team in London and advises leading developers, funds, property companies and occupiers on acquisitions, disposals, development and other issues relating to their exposure and Investment in the industrial, warehouse and logistics property market.
