This airport is the 7th largest in Wisconsin by the number of flights. This regional general aviation airport has undergone recent runway, taxiway and apron expansions. A new airport terminal is planned by 2020. The airport has four types of sites available for lease (only leases are available due to FAA regulations), 1) private hanger sites, 2) corporate hanger sites, 3) southern commercial/light industrial site and 4) heavy northern industrial/commercial site. The airport is also home to the Wisconsin Aviation Heritage Center and one of the largest corporate airplane fleets in the Midwest. The airport is just yards to a four-lane State Hwy 23 and a few miles from Sheboygan, WI. It rests in the middle of the Sheboygan MSA located an hour drive from Milwaukee and Green Bay, WI.
