Sherman Crossroads is the location of a new, $240 million acute care hospital to begin construction in the summer of 2022 and is currently home to multiple medical, retail and restaurant users. The project includes Aston Pond, a seven-acre water feature, with a landscaped and lighted hiking trial linking the hospital and medical services at the north end of the tract to the restaurants and retailers in the southern portion of the tract.
