The City of Redding is located at the northern edge of the Sacramento Valley, where the valley meets the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range. The Oasis Road Specific Plan area lies in the northern part of the city. Existing development within the project area includes highway-related commercial uses clustered near the Oasis Road interchange that largely serve travelers on Interstate 5 heading to recreation areas at Shasta Lake and Mount Shasta
Oasis Promenade is a ±998,000 SF planned Power Center located in the heart of the Oasis Road Specific Plan along Interstate 5 at the intersection of Oasis Road and Cascade Boulevard. The center will benefit from the planned growth, and offers excellent access and visibility to Interstate 5 via the freeway interchange at Oasis Road, as well as excellent interstate traffic counts, year-round tourist traffic and a prime highway commercial retail location.
