Sean Moran, Executive Director
Sean Moran joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services Group in February of 2017. He is focusing his efforts on both tenant and landlord representation throughout the Tri-State Region. He started his career in real estate in 2008 as a Research Analyst in the Retail Group at CBRE, where he then transitioned into brokerage, eventually becoming a Vice President before departing for Cushman & Wakefield.  Since his start in brokerage in 2010, Mr. Moran has been involved in over 700 transactions with an aggregate lease value of over $10 billion.
Patrick O'Rourke, Senior Director
Patrick O’Rourke joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services Group in 2019. Patrick currently works on a team specializing in both landlord and tenant representation in Manhattan. Active clients include Savanna Fund, Stellar Management, Related Companies, The Olnick Organization, Stawski Partners, Mount Sinai, Metlife Investment Management, Clarion Partners, Ramrock Properties, Northwood Investors, and DDG, among others. Prior to joining the Retail Services group Patrick was an Investment Analyst intern at a Boston-based Private Real Estate Firm, Perennial Capital Advisors. During his time at Perennial, he researched the private real estate market along with preparing market briefs and presenting fact sheets of the Private Placement Memorandums received by the firm. Previously, he was a Financial Advisor Associate intern at Keenan Financial in Boston where he prospected clients through cold calls and emails for a relatively new company. Patrick graduated from Babson College School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree. Patrick was a member of Babson’s men’s soccer team where he made the NCAA Tournament two out of four years.
