ABOUT BASSETLAW
The Bassetlaw industrial market has grown rapidly in the past few years, as the shift towards e-commerce has facilitated a boom in big-box construction. This has been aided by its access to the A1, M1 and M18, which make large swathes of the UK's population reachable inside a couple of hours’ drive time.
The most notable recent developments include Eddie Stobart's two units at Mulberry Logistics Park in Harworth, totalling more than 1.1 million square feet, and B&Q’s new 430,000-square-foot distribution centre at Symmetry Park, south of Doncaster.
