PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The Sequana is a commercial office complex (Sequana 1 and Sequana 2) spanning 21,000 square meters, including 19,000 square meters of office space, originally designed in 2005 by Arte Charpentier and Robert Lewis Turner. The complex underwent a rehabilitation and enhancement project led by Arte Charpentier to align with the evolving landscape of the Paris Rive Gauche development area (ZAC). As part of this transformation, 50% of the terraces were redesigned and greened to meet 50% vegetation coverage, anticipating future requirements of Paris's bioclimatic urban planning regulations (PLU). A green corridor was created extending from the Seine, and the office spaces were restructured. The Sequana I building features terraces on the 4th and 6th floors, a continuous balcony on the 5th floor, and a rooftop space on the 9th floor. Additionally, the basement level (R-1) was raised to allow for an entrance facing the quay. The building is targeting certifications such as BREEAM Very Good, BBCA Renovation, BiodiverCity, and compliance with the Tertiary Decree.
