Section #1: 20 Acres of patented Mining Claim -private land with mineral rights. The milling plant improvements and equipment are on this 20 acres. The main Vein (3’to 6’ feet of ore) is exposed, and smaller veins are also exposed on the surface of the property along with the main mine shaft and 1200 feet of underground work.
Section #2: The combined 11 BLM Land Mining Claims, consisting of approximately 180 acres of Federal land mineral rights.
Pinkham Mine was established prior to 1900. A 240' shaft was excavated with several tiered levels of tunnels comprising approximately 1200 feet of excavated shafts underground. With historically established production of 60 oz. of silver per ton, along with copper, gold, and zinc, the mine is ready for an operator who can resume the production. The majority of equipment needed for daily production is available, including generators, wells, crushers, separators, ball mills, conveyors, shaking tables, ponds and much more.
