Bartram Market is a new Publix anchored shopping center that is currently under construction on Race Track Rd. Between Bartram Park Blvd. and the newly opened Peyton Parkway which connects directly to 9B and then to I-95. The shopping center is approximately 80,000 sq ft with 10 out-parcels. Tenants include Wawa, Wendys, Dunkin Donuts, Pediatric Associates, Forever Vets Animal Hospital, The UPS Store, Fancy Sushi, China Wok, Dep Nail and Spa, and L & L Cleaners. Bartram Market is across the street from the new development Durbin Park which has tenants such as Walmart, Home Depot, Chase Bank, Petco, Ross, Cinemark Theatre, and others. Northern St. Johns County and Southern Duval County are the fastest growing areas in North Florida and the country, with 2 neighborhoods in the top 30 best selling communities in the nation for 2018, Nocatee (to the east) and Bartram Park (which Bartram Market is a part of). Also to the west is Julington Creek a large built out master planned community and to the south we have Durbin Crossing and several other large built out communities along C.R. 210.
