This Build To Suit (BTS) project is completely flexible and adapts to customer needs, following the latest technical and ESG standards. The park is designed for logistics and production activities, with 24/7 operation capacity, and offers a large maneuvering yard for trucks and parking areas prepared for electric vehicles.
