The building encompasses a total size of 1,379,115 square feet, with dimensions of 570 feet by 2,420 feet, situated on a 133-acre site. Constructed with precast materials, the facility offers office space customizable to suit tenant needs. It features a clear ceiling height of 36 to 40 feet and a roof system comprised of a single-ply 43-mil ballasted membrane over two layers of 2.6-inch insulation, providing an R-30 thermal rating.
