The property consists of a highly visible, single-story, multi-tenant office building centrally positioned along the North I-25 Corridor in the middle of Albuquerque. The 1.6 AC+ site is located at a full diamond interchange with easy freeway access and in close proximity to the limited # of river crossings in ABQ that connect the east and west sides of the city.
