Property Overview
New Industrial Construction with mobilization to begin mid-May 2026. 100,000sf manufacturing bay with 3,000sf office space in rapidly developing area. One dock door and 2 grade height doors will be included in Phase 1 construction with up to 9 dock height doors possible. County has funding for Phase 2 construction to customize for tenant needs. Conveniently situated on US Rt 29 with a median crossover from the southbound lanes at the entrance of the park, this finish-to-suit building provides speed to market.
