This 7.4± acre mixed-use development site is located at the corner of Shaff Road SE and Wilco Road, in Stayton, within a short commute of Salem, 14 miles west along Highway 22. The property’s zoning will allow apartments above office and/or or retail use. City of Stayton will require improvements to the intersection of Shaff Road SE, Wilco Road and Golf Club Road in the near future, due to projected increase in traffic.
