This property is being offered in a two-stage sealed bid offering. Interested bidders must request a sealed bid package of information from Schuil and Kander to submit an Initial Bid. The bid package will include bidding instructions and additional due diligence items such as maps, photos, etc. Initial Bids are due Friday, March 22, 2024, by 5PM PST.
A limited number of qualified Prospective Purchasers will be invited to the next round. Prospective Purchases must submit a final purchase and Sale Agreement. Sale Agreements are due Friday, April 5, 2024, by 5PM PST.
