Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is building a $25 billion fabrication plant on 3,700 acres 1 mile west of the subject property, creating over 2,000+ jobs in their first phase. Materials include stacked bond masonry, stucco, exposed steel and breeze block accent walls. Colors are muted desert tones emphasizing the colors of earth and stone.
