On the east side of the property it is 666ft from the NE corner to the 1 acre cut out at SE corner. There is a bridge connecting the west frontage road to the east side of Interstate 287. There are electrical lines along the frontage road. Owner is getting an entrance made ASAP ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTION: There is no city water or sewer system. However, you can apply for those utilities. If you want to check on the issue of getting water and sewage call the City of Bowie planning commission and ask for David.
