The development is located across from the Kohl’s anchored development Marvin Town Centre. The intersection is located in unincorporated Union County and serves south Charlotte, Weddington, and Marvin. These three areas consist of exponential growth and high income levels. The site is in close proximity to several upscale neighborhoods such as Hunter Oaks, Longview, Blakeney Green and Providence Point.
