Park Overview

The modern P3 Ostrava logistics park and its strategic location guarantee excellent accessibility both from the center of Ostrava and from the adjacent business district. The entire complex, with an area of 44 hectares, underwent a demanding renovation, after which it was perfectly prepared for the development of a business and industrial park. This project brought life back to a previously abandoned area, fully integrating it into the urban fabric of the city. Thanks to the design of the award-winning architect David Kotek (PROJEKTSTUDIO company), the industrial area is naturally connected to the nearby center and to the unique shape of the Agglomeration complex, originally conceived by the architect Josef Pleskot.
