The Leased Premises is located in the 8th Avenue Retail Mezzanine, which is part of the Times Square-42nd Street Station Complex. The Retail Mezzanine does not capture all 200,000 riders entering into the Station Complex; however, the Retail Mezzanine is one of the busiest passenger corridors in the entire NYCT system. Each weekday, approximately 100,000 people swipe into the turnstiles feeding into the Retail Mezzanine, with similar numbers exiting the turnstiles from the 8th Avenue Retail Mezzanine. The A, C, and E trains are accessible via the Retail Mezzanine. A passageway in the Station Complex leading to the Retail Mezzanine connects transfer riders to / from the N, Q, R, 1, 2, 3, 7 trains and the shuttle to Grand Central Terminal, bringing thousands of additional transfer riders to the Retail Mezzanine every day.
