Warren Tech Park has 184 total acres and 150 acres of shovel-ready land. The park offers flexible options for leasing, buildings, multiple tenants, redevelopment and other accommodations. There are 7 buildings for sale or lease, each ranging from 120,000-200,000 square feet. The buildings have a clear height from 16'-18' with 30 drive-in doors throughout the 7 available buildings. Incentives are state, regional, local economic development incentives eg grants, TIFs, shovel ready grants, clean ohio fund, industrial revenue and general obligation bonds and job training credits. Available property is fenced with 24/7 security onsite. Zoned industrial. Industrial grade utilities to the site but will need to be extended to the final parcel. Site is former strategic materials storage warehouse for U.S. Department of Defense/Warren Depot. Site was remediated and Ohio EPA has issued a NFA/CNS after the US DOD vacated.
