Originally from an economics background, James entered commercial property close to 20 years ago and soon found focus in the industrial and logistics sector after making the move to niche North West agency WHR which he joined after leaving a role as Head of Private Treaty Agency at a leading regional firm. After WHR’s acquisition by global corporate Avison Young, James rose to head the firms North West industrial and logistics offer and did so for a number of years before becoming a founder member of BOX4 Real Estate.

With over a decade of experience in the sector, Sam has a proven track record in both landlord and occupier representation. His expertise spans the full property lifecycle – from strategic site selection and development advice to acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations. Prior to founding BOX4 Real Estate, Sam was a Partner at Knight Frank for 5 years having previously held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Roger Hannah.
