Located just ½ mile from Cal State University San Bernardino which has almost 20,000 students and approx 950 staff/faculty members. Neighborhood retail in the immediate area includes a Ralphs, two Stater Brothers, Walmart and Home Depot, so no need for residents to drive more than 5-to-10 minutes for the essentials. The majority of these lots have approval (within the approved TTM) to build ADU’s which are very desired by today’s multi-generational families.
