This offering is for specific residential portions of the Specific Plan that includes NBD’s 1-6 and 11 which total 814 units comprised of 124 cluster homes, 89 small lot detached lots (4,000 square feet), 218 single family lots (4,000-5,000 square feet), and 383 multi-family units. This offering does not include the purchase of NBD’s 7-10 and 12 or the commercial components of the Specific Plan.
