Alan has worked for some of the largest and most successful financial services companies in the world. Alan holds securities licenses series 3, 7, 8, 63, and 65. As a Registered Investment Advisor and Certified Estate Planner, and Accredited Asset Management Specialist Alan also holds a California Insurance License.
A Veteran of the U.S. Navy Alan served in the South Pacific Islands. As a Petty Officer he handled the most sensitive Top Secret classified documents. Alan was cleared for Top Secret and Top Secret Special Category cryptographic message traffic.
Alan and his wife Cheryl are longtime residents of Petaluma. Cheryl’s Grandparents immigrated to the Petaluma area from Italy and Switzerland in the early 1900’s. Cheryl is a teacher in the Sonoma Valley School District and the President of the Valley of the Moon Teachers Association. Their sons Justin and Devin reside in the Sacramento area, after graduating from college.
