CBRE is pleased to offer for sale the United Pacific Master Lease Portfolio, which is comprised of 13 sites across California.
With an average operating history of ±42 years, the sites were originally part of a 2014 Sale-Leaseback. The sites are
subject to a ±8.5-year absolute NNN master lease with a 7.50% rent increase in 2029 and three, 5-year options to renew
(see page 14 for option rent increases). Each of the sites are well-positioned with excellent access and visibility throughout
