Jeff is the EVP of Brokerage and a Principal of Granite Real Estate Group, LLC. As the EVP of Brokerage, as well as being a Senior Property Manager, Jeff is responsible for managing and growing Granite’s brokerage efforts throughout New York State. Jeff is actively involved with the acquisition of investment properties and is experienced with developing investment relationships. Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in spear-heading new development, contract negotiations, cultivating client relationships and the development of real estate investment partnerships. Prior to Granite, Jeff was a Property Manager and Broker for Summit Realty Management, LLC, and Real Estate Manager at Longley Jones, Management Corporation. At Longley Jones, Jeff was responsible for the sale, leasing and management of commercial, retail, medical and industrial warehouse properties. He also managed residential and HUD-based apartment units. Jeff is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker, and on track to complete his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
