With nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dave has established a reputation for delivering consistent results and expertly navigating complex transactions through a client-first approach. Since starting his brokerage career in 2003, Dave has successfully completed over 600 sale and lease transactions across a diverse range of asset types. Through the years, he cultivated deep relationships across the Chicago market, advising a wide range of owners, investors, and users. His comprehensive experience across office, industrial, and retail sectors equips him with a unique perspective, enabling him to identify opportunities and maximize value for his clients. Before joining Greenstone Partners, Dave dedicated 18 years to Garrett Realty & Development. He then founded D4 Realty in 2020, which was then acquired by Greenstone Partners in May of 2026.
