Jason Morganstern joined The Shopping Center Group’s Atlanta office in 2006 to focus on Landlord Representation in the Landlord Services Division. Due to Jason’s strategic approach to real estate, he successfully represents a diverse clientele of national, regional and local landlords and developers including Developers Diversified Realty, CW Capital Asset Management, RH Ledbetter Properties, Inc. and Halvorsen Real Estate. Jason is proficient in all aspects of the project leasing lifecycle, including space layout and design, trade area analysis, shopping center analysis, tenant mix creation, project marketing, and deal making. Jason is experienced in working on ground-up developments, community/neighborhood centers, and power centers. He is on the board of The Young Atlanta Retail Alliance and is a 2007, 2008, & 2009 Costar Power Broker. Jason is a graduate of American University where he received Bachelor degrees in both Economics and Public Policy.
