With over 19 years of experience, Kris Van Norman understands that credibility is based on knowledge. As part of the company's Investment Brokerage, Management and Leasing divisions, he attends to the detailed aspects of investment and ownership perspectives with sound judgment and confidence.
Before receiving his Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Kris graduated in 1983 from the University of Nebraska where he was an Academic All-American defensive back. Kris began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in Austin, Texas, before transferring to Minneapolis, Minnesota and again to Houston in 1989. During his 10 years at Trammell Crow, Kris' responsibilities included marketing and project development of industrial and office facilities, major customer relationship management, build-to-suit development and managing the industrial investment group within the company. He received productivity distinction within Trammell Crow Company by earning a national leasing award while in Austin.
Since 1993, Kris has managed transactions totaling over twenty million square feet of investment property valued in excess of $500 million. Investment partners and clients include Institutional, corporate and private entities such as Cargrel Financial Services, Eastgroup Properties, TA Associates Realty and Western General Holdings.
