As Vice President and Senior Development Manager, Mark serves as Houston Market Leader at Logistics Property Company. In his role, Mark is responsible for new development opportunities and all aspects of the development process including underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing in the South Texas Markets of Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Mark spent 8 years with CBRE in Houston specializing in Industrial investment sales, leasing, and tenant representation.
