Ms. Contorno brings over 30 years of real estate sales experience in Arizona. Her career in real estate began at Pinnacle Peak Realty as an administrative assistant at Troon Golf and Country Club and became licensed to sell real estate in 1984. After leaving the north Scottsdale area, she went on to work for Ben Brooks and Associates specializing in raw land. She has participated in the sales of thousands of acres of raw land in Arizona, from 40 acre parcels to large ranches consisting of over 100,000 acres, as well as residential, commercial and investment land. Her sales volume over the last 11 years has reached in excess of $100,000.000, which includes the sale of a majority of the land previously owned by the Baptist Foundation of Arizona. She served as designated broker for Resolute Commercial Properties from September 2010 through September 2012, when she joined Insight Land and Investments. In addition, her expertise in gaining legal access, creating rights of ways, obtaining public reports and being an expert witness has been a valuable asset to her investors and clients. She studied business administration at Cleveland State University.
