Tom Bobo is a Vice President of Development located in the Boise office of Grossman Company Properties (GCP). GCP is a diversified real estate development and investment company with a 50+ year track record of owning, developing and managing exceptional properties including the famed Arizona Biltmore, The Inn at Laguna Beach, La Playa Carmel and the Hidden Springs Community, among many others.
Tom is directly involved in the multi-faceted daily operations involved with the development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and asset management of income producing commercial real estate throughout the Western United States. He works directly with the GCP senior management team and board on a daily basis.
Tom’s experience is complemented with his formal education from the University of San Diego where he earned an MBA and a Master of Science in Real Estate and served on the Graduate Business Student Association and the University of San Diego Graduate Student Council.
