Tom Milford is the Managing Partner and a founder of Scout Capital Group and is primarily responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and fundraising. Tom has 16 years of commercial real estate experience in the roles of acquiring, developing, leasing, managing, and disposition of retail and office properties. Prior to founding Scout Capital Group, Tom spent almost 9 years as Director of Real Estate for Drury Development Corporation, overseeing over $200M in transactions across the country. Tom has been married to his wife Lauren for 10 years and they have two energetic children, Teddy and Lindley. When not at work, Tom enjoys golf, camping, and travel.
