Shaena Cushman Smith specializes in the sale of shopping centers, strip centers and net lease properties nationwide, with an emphasis in California. She began her commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2014, and her focus is on the operations and transaction management of the Flores|Gomez|Kaye retail investment team. In her role, Shaena engages with clients on all aspects of the transactions, manages escrows, tracks critical data, and spearheads the listing process and pipeline management.
