As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Savin oversees all operational aspects of the company’s 10 million-square-foot portfolio, including acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, brokerage, and property management. He drives operational efficiency and aligns resources to support the company’s business objectives and sustained growth. As a founding executive of ECHO, Mr. Savin plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
In 2007, Mr. Savin launched ECHO Retail, a retail real estate brokerage firm, as a subsidiary of ECHO Realty. Under his leadership, ECHO Retail expanded its reach to include 15 brokers representing over 150 national retailers and landlords across the East Coast, Midwest, and Southeast.
