Mr. Kassin joined and founded Meridian Investment Sales in 2015 with his partners and currently serves as a Managing Director, overseeing the middle-market investment sales team alongside David Schechtman and Lipa Lieberman. He is a specialist in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, industrial and development properties throughout New York City and New Jersey.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Kassin was a Director at Eastern Consolidated where he managed their sales group with David Schechtman for five years.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Kassin has sold more than $5 billion of commercial real estate. Notable property sales negotiated and closed by Abie and his partners include 305 West End Ave, 40/42 Exchange Place, 1760 Third Avenue, 85 East 10th Street, 235 East 34th Street, 58-30 Grand Avenue, 133 Greene Street Retail Co-Op, 61-63 Crosby Street, 72 Greene Street, 57 Greene Street, 47 Greene Street, 125 Greene Street, 127 Greene Street and 159-161 Bleecker Street.
