Adam Haefner joined Avison Young in 2019 as a principal in the industrial brokerage services group. Throughout his 22 years in commercial real estate, Mr. Haefner has assisted corporate clients and institutional owners with landlord representation, tenant representation, build-to-suits, investment sales, site acquisitions, valuations and sale-leasebacks in the Chicago Metropolitan area and nationally. Mr. Haefner is a board member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Prior to joining Avison Young, he served as the Director of Brokerage Services for Darwin Realty and Development Corp.
Since joining Avison Young, Adam has been involved in transactions totaling 6 million square feet, 520 acres and $401 million in total consideration. Collectively, throughout his career, Mr. Haefner has consummated more than 41 million square feet of transactions with a total consideration of over $900 million by representing a large array of institutional investors and corporate users.
