Bio
Adam Lasoff is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets Americas. He works with the Investment Advisory team on office, R&D, and industrial transactions and is responsible for leading the team’s Corporate Finance and Net Lease business in Northern California. With a long history of successful execution across the credit spectrum – from public, investment grade tenants to leverage-buyout credit profiles – Adam focuses on a wide range of single tenant and credit-related real estate transactions including sales, joint ventures, sale-leasebacks, and recapitalizations.
With 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Adam joined JLL in 2020 to help expand the Capital Markets business in the region. Over the course of his career, Adam has completed over $8 billion of real estate transactions throughout Northern California.
