Adam Weltha is a Commercial Real Estate Broker Associate with RE/MAX Concepts, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique owner's perspective to his clients.
A 2007 graduate of Grand View University with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on real estate, Mr. Weltha began his career managing his family's real estate portfolio. This early immersion provided him with invaluable insight into the intricacies of property ownership and investment, allowing him to understand the needs and goals of his clients on a deeper level.
Prior to joining RE/MAX Concepts, Mr. Weltha honed his brokerage skills at Coldwell Banker Commercial. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including development, commercial remodels, 1031 dispositions and acquisitions, and both retail tenant and landlord representation.
