Bio
Adin Perera joined Lincoln Property Company in 2021 and serves as Director of Research. He brings more than eight years of commercial real estate research and analysis experience, spanning the office, lab, industrial, multifamily, and retail sectors.
Adin is responsible for producing quarterly statistics and market reports and contributes data to specialized projects. He collaborates closely with Lincoln’s brokerage team and other service lines to develop custom market research material and provide trend analysis and forecasting.
Adin was previously a Senior Market Analyst with the CoStar Group, where he leveraged real estate and economic data to deliver custom strategy advising to clients across a wide range of industry functions.
Adin holds a B.A. in Finance from the Farmer School of Business of Miami University and is an active member of the Congress for the New Urbanism.
